Important Instructions for Your Appointment at AM Esthetic & Spa

To ensure a safe, professional, and efficient experience for all our clients, please read and follow these instructions when attending your appointment:


1. Punctuality

  1. Out of respect for our professionals and other clients, please arrive on time to your appointment.
  2. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and our cancellation and deposit policies will apply.


2. Mandatory Identification

  1. A valid photo ID is required at the time of your appointment, as mandated by the State of New Jersey.


3. No Companions

  1. Guests or companions are not allowed inside.
  2. Our space is professional, sterile, and calm, maintained to ensure the safety and comfort of every client.


4. Age Requirement & Required Forms

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to receive any of our treatments.
  2. If under 18, a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian is required.
  3. You must also complete the forms required by New Jersey state law, designed to ensure your safety.


5. Medical Conditions or Allergies

  1. If you have any medical condition, allergies, or are currently taking medication, please inform us in advance so we can safely adapt your procedure.


6. Preparation for Facials or Micropigmentation

  1. We recommend arriving without makeup so we can work directly on clean skin and achieve the best possible results.


7. Parking

  1. Free parking is available on-site for your comfort and safety.


8. Environment & Care

  1. We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols at all times.
  2. Your well-being and safety are always our top priority.


Cancellation Policy

At AM Esthetic & Spa, we value your time as well as that of our professionals. To ensure an organized schedule and provide availability for all of our clients, we apply the following cancellation policy:


1. Cancellations Made at Least 48 Hours in Advance

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled time.
  2. In this case, your deposit will be refundable, or you may choose to apply it as credit toward your next appointment.


2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows

  1. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
  2. Additionally, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

  2. Late cancellations or no-shows disrupt our professionals’ schedules and limit opportunities for other clients to book that time.
